About Me
Cynthia Fortes has lived in the Front Range area of Colorado for most of her life, and in Longmont for the past 10 years. Her husband, Milo, is a teacher at Trail Ridge Middle School in the St. Vrain School District, and her two children attend the district schools as well. Cynthia worked in public accounting, specializing in the area of taxation, for almost 15 years ... she is currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and an Independent Broker in Colorado. She is a HUD Registered Agent, and a member of the Longmont Association of Realtors. Cynthia has also completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), a nationally recognized designation which signifies a dedicated and knowledgeable professional within the real estate industry.
Cynthia is an avid telemark skier and enjoys running, cross-training, yoga, snowshoeing, snowboarding, golfing, and hiking in our beautiful mountains. Her other hobbies include cooking, gardening and sewing. Cynthia's family members are actively involved with, and support, the Longmont United Soccer Association, the Winter Park Freestyle and Big Mountain Competitive Ski Teams, the Fox Hill Country Club Swim Team, Bozzay Martial Arts, and Longs Peak United Methodist Church.
