Meet The Team

Logan's focus is on driving the overall growth, strategy, and business operations for the Monarch Real Estate divisions, while simultaneously pursuing new work and aiding in the growth of the team.

Logan is also from the Sioux Falls area, and has a history and track record within the local real estate industry.

Logan began his professoinal experience recruiting Architects and Engineers for clients in California. Doing so at a high level, he was able to purchase 8 rental units in his first year in real estate, which ultimately led to the creation of Monarch Real Estate as a company.

Not being thrilled with the Property Management options in town, Logan decided there was a better way, and it led to the Property Management division, and eventual creation of the Investments and Handyman Services divisions.

Keegen Kleinwolterink

Business Development Specialist & Manager

Keegen focuses on growing Monarch Real Estate as a company by handling property owner relations and new business acquisition. He is a real estate investor himself and owns a duplex that he house-hacks (lives on one side and rents the other).

He has always been interested in real estate, as his mother (Shawna) is a mortgage banker, and she is the one who initially sparked his interest. In the past, he has done fix-and-flips with various investors around Sioux Falls. Although Keegen has only been in real estate for a few short years, his drive and passion are really what allow him to succeed.

Outside of work Keegen enjoys going to the lake on the weekends with his family and girlfriend. His hobbies include racing motocross in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.  He originally went to Tea Area High School and actually still holds several track and field records in long distance events.
